Welcome to Above All Events; I am so glad you’re here. My name is Teresa - owner, founder, and event planner extraordinaire. When you book with us, I am always part of the package, so let’s get acquainted!
I’m a wife, mom, daughter, friend - and a natural-born planner. From sports schedules to seating plans, I like to keep things organized and enjoyable. When life gets crazy, you’ll find me holding down the fort - and having fun doing it. The kitchen is the heart of our home - and it’s also our dance floor!
Having built this business from the ground up, I take a tremendous amount of pride in my work. If you like what you see here, and I hope you do, I would love to hear from you!
You want an unforgettable affair — and you want to enjoy every minute. If you envision an event as epic as your love story, one that requires the personalized time and attention of a full-time planner, this is your package.
This package includes, but is not limited to:
● Unlimited access to planner via in-person meeting, email, phone call, or text (in-person meetings by appointment only)
● Budget creation and tracking of vendor fees and payments
● Wedding Design + Styling; creation of a custom Look Book
● Assist with selection of reception and/or ceremony locations
● Refer and assist in booking All Vendors *Includes Design + Styling Vendors*
*Photographer, Videographer, Music/Entertainment, Limos, Hair/Makeup, Tent*
● Negotiate all vendor contracts and fees
● Design + Styling of wedding space
● Assist in selecting all wedding attire (including Bride(s), Groom(s), wedding party, etc.)
● Coordinate accommodations and transportation for out of town guests to and from venue(s)
● Creation of wedding day timeline & Month-of Coordination (see below)

DESIGN AND STYLING
Although planning an event is fun, it really can be a lot of work. That’s where we come in. Our Design & Styling Package is for the client that has a vision of what they want their day to look like, but may not have the time, resources or experience in event planning to make their vision come to life. Above All Events will be with you every step of the way! We’ll help you make all those daunting decisions so you have time to focus on you and your loved ones!
This package includes, but is not limited to:
● Design + Styling of Event based on your Inspirations
● Creation of a Look Book
● Unlimited access to planner via in-person meetings, email, phone or text (in-person meetings by appointment only)
● Booking of All Vendors
● Negotiate all vendor contracts and fees
● Confirm and coordinate with all vendors prior to and on day of event
● Contact and coordinate with venue + vendors to review timeline
● Supervise vendor set up at event location
● Set up personal event styled items (dessert table, favors, florals etc.)
Unload your vision on us and TRUST us to Design & Style your day!
This package includes:
● One coordinator for up to 10 hours on day of the wedding; Attend to requests of couple as they arise
● One final face-to-face meeting at least 12 weeks prior to event
● Month-of planning and wedding day timeline help, with unlimited emails during month of event
● Confirm and coordinate with all vendors prior to and on day of event
● Contact and coordinate with venue + vendors to review timeline
● Supervise vendor set up at ceremony and reception location(s)
● Set up personal ceremony and reception items on day of event (programs, favors, etc.)
● Manage timeline and execution of reception events (entrance, first dance, cake cutting, etc.)
● Full use of wedding day survival kit (mishaps, managed!)
● Suggestions for vendors — we’ve got the best in the business in our back pocket

*Please Note: Venues/events in NYC and on the East End of Long Island are subject to an additional $800 travel fee.

Don't rush the styling process. Once your vendors are secure you don't have to worry about styling your wedding day until 6-7 months before your wedding day. The wedding industry is forever changing and you want to make sure you are in tune with the latest trends and newest rentals when designing your day.
Vendor love is all about a connection! Trust your gut. If the vendor vibe feels good and their style reflects your vision then they are a WINNER for your wedding day!
